Step 2: Create the content
Step 2 in creating good content is taking what you’ve learned and using it to develop a new overall strategy. Doing market research to gain customer feedback and learning your target audience’s pain points will provide you with valuable insight. Drive action by gathering this info:

- What experience do I want my users to have?
- Should my content be on one screen or multiple screens?
Ensure all content is optimized for the intended screen as well the info is clear and concise. Remember you have about 3 seconds to grab the attention of a passerby, so this last step is crucial.
